Service Description

Additional fees associated with late cancellations/rescheduling, as well as those associated with services provided outside of business hours, and for services that require more accommodations (e.g., location), must be booked separately from the main service(s). Late cancellation/rescheduling fees and plan-modification fees will be one-time flat rates; however, non-business hour requests will be hourly, and frequency adjustment fees will be required per session (e.g., exam prep and coaching). Example: In-person consultation at 9pm. Result: in-person option would need to be booked, in addition to "Surcharges" option. Two services would essentially be booked, with the latter intending to include the surcharge associated with unique requirement(s) of client, which, in this case, would be the late timeframe of 9pm, which is outside of regular operational hours. Late Cancellation Example/Rescheduling Fee: If client wishes to reschedule 9pm in-person session for a 4pm (normal business hour) timeslot, after having already booked 9pm session, but less than 72-hour notice was provided to Cerebri & Me, client will have to pay late cancellation fee of $50 (via "Surcharges" option) and will forfeit previous surcharge fee intended for late (9pm) session. Surcharges may also include modification fees for pre-existing plan packages for exam preparation program, in terms of changes to subject matter and session frequency (e.g., bi-weekly to weekly, or multiple times in one week, outside of ordinary session frequency norms associated with plan-package instruction). To further clarify, if a student would like two 3-hour sessions, weekly, as opposed to one 3-hour session bi-weekly, each additional session, prior to bi-weekly timeframe will result in a fee of $150, which equates to $50 dollars per hour. If a student has 4 sessions within two weeks, as opposed to the previously intended two sessions, student will be charged an additional $300 dollars. The intensity of the sessions is why there is a gap in time, so once that gap is removed, more work will be required within a shorter timespan.
