Cerebri & Me
Cerebri & Me, LLC, provides mental health education on a wide-range of topics, with a variety of services from which to choose. Topics range from mental health disorders and stage-of-life challenges, to coping skills and general psychology-related information. Parent training workshops, psychological and clinical exam preparation, in addition to nationwide coaching services, are also available, as well as the fulfillment of notary public requests.
Its mission is to empower clients with the knowledge and skills required to improve their way of life, to improve their understanding of themselves and others, and to jumpstart and support living in "the now." How can we acquire new skill sets, without overwhelming ourselves more than what may already be the case? How can we plan for the future, without feeling helplessly inundated by countless unfavorable possibilities? These are just some of the questions Cerebri strives to answer, collaboratively, and at your own pace.

Welcome! ​
Where do I even begin? Well, to start off, I am a licensed psychotherapist with nearly 8 years of clinical experience. Though I have predominantly worked with children and adolescents, I have also worked with adults. The age range of my clients has been from 4 to 81! Whether it's depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, identity, grief, culture, stage-of-life changes, or crisis, my experience is expansive and can easily be incorporated into our work together, despite it not being directly tied to individual therapy. My ultimate goal is to help you help yourself, in whatever way that makes the most sense to and for YOU!
I am a graduate of Florida International University (FIU). There, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Communication, Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and Master of Science in Psychology. I am also a member of the International Honors Society in Psychology (Psi Chi), and am fluent in 3 other languages: Haitian Creole, French, and Spanish. Portuguese and Italian are pending! I offer a wide-range of services, though all are currently provided in English.
