Parent Training Workshops
For anyone who lives with or works with children.
Service Description
Are you receiving frequent calls from your child's school, regarding behavioral concerns? Are those concerns also applicable to your home environment? Come to one of our many workshops, for pointers and assistance, to improve your understanding of your child. Applicable Ages: 4 to 10 years old. Individual sessions are 2 hours in length, while group sessions are between 5 (L2) and 7 hours (L1). Abbreviation Guide L1: Level One L2: Level Two Behav: Behavior VT: Virtual IP: In-Person Ind: Individual Grp: Group DRC: Daily Report Card (explained in training) For families receiving government assistance (TANF, SNAP, Medicaid, Medicare, SSI, etc.), the following rates are available, after confirmation of assistance (separate invoicing process to be completed): L1: Behav. Intro (Ind-VT) - $100 L1: Behav. Intro (Ind-IP) - $150 L2: DRC Workshop (Ind-VT) - $80 L2: DRC Workshop (Ind-IP) - $100 English and Haitian Creole options are currently available, for individual classes. Cancellation Policy
Please make sure information regarding consent to photo release and food restrictions are included in booking message (for group bookings). No refunds are provided. If clients cannot make originally planned session date, their booking will be scheduled for a later session date. Please notify Cerebri & Me, via email or text, if you will be late. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late for your individual session or more than 20 minutes late for your group session, it must be canceled and rescheduled, and there will be a rescheduling fee of $50 dollars, unless an emergency can be substantiated with appropriate documentation. Rescheduling fees may also be avoided, if participants provide at least 72-hour notice of their intended absence. Fees must be paid, prior to rescheduling confirmation. Additionally, information already presented will not be repeated for late arrivals (group), to ensure that trainings end in a timely manner, and individual session times will not be extended. A copy of training material will not be provided to group participants, but can be, for individual participants (upon request). If clients cannot attend the session and would like to send someone in their place (group only), please send Cerebri & Me written consent, via email, including the name and contact information of attendee replacement, at least 72 hours before session date. Anyone sent in a client's place without notice will not be allowed into training, and all fees paid will be forfeited, unless an emergency can be substantiated.
