Cancellation Policy

If clients cannot attend a coaching session, new date will be selected, without fee, for cases in which appropriate notice was provided (72 hours, minimum). Late cancellation and no-show fees apply. Rescheduling is required for late cancellations; however, there will be a fee of 50 dollars, to be selected via "Surcharges" section. No-shows will entail session forfeiture. No refunds. If rescheduling desired, post no-show, client will have to rebook and pay for a make-up coaching session, unless documentation is provided to justify no-show. Any acquired fees must be paid, prior to session rescheduling. For special requests (e.g., outside of regular business hours, or for other unique accommodations), please also select "Surcharges" service option, which is a supplemental hourly (or flat) rate due to additional client requirement(s). Surcharges may also include modification fees for pre-existing plan packages for exam preparation program or coaching services, in terms of changes to subject matter and session frequency (e.g., bi-weekly to weekly, or multiple times in one week, outside of ordinary session frequency norms associated with plan package).
